In the first half of 2011 Court Craft built two Multipurpose Courts for Chifley College Dunheved.

Preliminaries:Implement a site safety policy and erect 1.8m high site safety fencing around the work area. Conduct a cable search to locate underground services prior to any excavation.
Excavation:Excavate the existing concrete / asphalt court pavements of approximately 1900m2 to a depth of 150mm and remove all excavated material to spoil (approx 500 tonne)
Geo Textile Fabric:Supply and install a geo textile fabric separation layer over the sub grade to an area of approximately 1900m2.
Sandstone Base Prep:Supply and install a compacted layer of crushed sandstone to a depth of 100mm over the court area of approximately 1900m2.
Perimeter Concrete Edge:Supply and install 150mm x 150mm 25Mpa concrete edge to the perimeter of the courts as required totaling 120m.
Road Base Prep:Supply and install a compacted layer of recycled DGB20 road base to a depth of 100mm over the court area of approximately 1900m2.
Asphalt:Supply and install a 25mm thick compacted layer of AC5 Hotmix asphalt over the prepared base totaling approximately 1900m2.
Fencing: Dismantle and remove the existing gal fencing to spoil. Supply and install a 3.6m high PVC coated black chainmesh fence around the perimeter of the courts as required totaling 120m including a gate.
Accessories:Supply and install  heavy duty reversible basketball / netball towers including backboards and rings
